Important Dates & Action Items

Complete Your Online Check-In Now: NOW - September 15, 2026

Online Check-In is Open: Every guest must complete Celebrity Cruises’ Check-In process before boarding the ship. We highly recommend completing the Online Check-In process before you leave home to reduce your time waiting in line on Embarkation Day. To do so, click here, then enter your Celebrity Cruises’ account username and password.

• Remember to select your Terminal Arrival Time based on your personal travel itinerary. Please arrive on time – not before or after.
• Once you complete Online Check-In, you will receive your Xpress Pass for boarding. We urge you to print your Xpress Pass and bring it with you to the Terminal for the most efficient and fastest processing.
• Print Your Celebrity Cruises' Luggage Tags. To expedite and secure your luggage transfer from the terminal check-in to your stateroom, Celebrity Cruises has asked that our guests use the luggage tags which can be printed as part of the Online Check-In process.

Celebrity Cruises' Xpress Pass

Once you complete Online Check-In with Celebrity Cruises, you’ll receive your Xpress Pass. Print it and bring it to the terminal for the fasted boarding process.

Your Xpress Pass is also available digitally in your account on the Celebrity Cruises’ App.

Passport & Travel Document Requirements

All guests must travel with a valid passport that expires no earlier than six months after your cruise disembarkation date. Please check your expiration date now to avoid any last-minute surprises.

U.S. Visa or ESTA Requirements
With our sailing starting in the United States, guests from certain countries may need a U.S. visa or ESTA to enter the country and board the ship.

If you need a U.S. ESTA:

• Use a selfie, not your passport photo, when applying.
• If you previously received an ESTA but have since received a new or replacement passport, you must apply for a new ESTA. Your previous ESTA is linked to your old passport and is no longer valid.

Canadian Visa or eTA Requirements
Because our sailing visits and ends in Canada, guests from certain countries may need a Canadian visa or eTA to board.

Please check the required travel documents for your specific situation.

U.S. and Canadian citizens do not require an ESTA or an eTA.

Please ensure you have the proper documentation before traveling. Guests without the required documents may be denied boarding.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I arrive at the Cruise Terminal?
When completing your Online Check-In, you will be asked to select a Terminal Arrival Time. Times begin at 11:30 AM and end at 3:00 PM. To ensure that there is a manageable flow of guests entering the Terminal, abiding by the time you select would be appreciated.

What is the best way to travel to the Cruise Terminal?
If possible, we recommend being dropped off at the Cruise Terminal by a friend, taxi, or other transportation, as this is the easiest and fastest option. Please note that the cruise departs from Los Angeles but disembarks in Vancouver, so parking at the Los Angeles World Cruise Center may not be the most convenient option if you are driving to the cruise.

Long-term parking is available at the Cruise Terminal. If you do plan to park, we recommend dropping off your bags at the Designated Pier before parking your car. The Cruise Terminal is approximately 30 minutes from the Los Angeles International Airport by taxi. Click here for more detailed information from Los Angeles World Cruise Center.

What do I do when I arrive at the Cruise Terminal?
Upon arrival at the Cruise Terminal, you will deliver your luggage to one of the numerous cruise porters outside of the Cruise Terminal. Before turning over your luggage, please make sure that your name and stateroom number are clearly identified on the Celebrity Cruises luggage tags that you printed during Online Check-In. Additional luggage tags will be available at the luggage drop-off point if you forgot yours. Terminal Staff will ask you to show your Passport and Xpress Pass as you enter the Cruise Terminal, so be sure to have these items readily available.

Terminal Staff will then assist you with completing the final steps of your check-in process and re-confirm your Documentation (Passport and Xpress Pass). After completing the check-in process, you will proceed through the security screening to board the ship.

When do I receive my Cruise Identification Card?
Your Cruise Identification Card will be in an envelope in the "slot" on the door of your stateroom. This card will be either BLUE or RED, reflecting whether you attend the 1st or 2nd Shows each day. This card has several uses (room key, charge card for onboard purchases, identification card for boarding and disembarking). Please check your card when you first open the envelope to make sure that the color of your Cruise Identification Card is consistent with your reservation information. We will correct any mistakes made in the issuance of the Cruise Identification Cards, but it is highly unlikely that moving from one show time to another can be accommodated.

How do I obtain wheelchair assistance?
If you require wheelchair assistance for the duration of the check-in process, alert a staff member located directly inside of the entrance to the cruise terminal. The ship staff will be notified, and a team member will escort you via wheelchair through the check-in and embarkation process.

When will I board the ship?
Access to the ship should begin around 11:30 AM.

What happens after I board the ship?
Upon boarding the ship, you will be presented with your Souvenir Program outlining the Performers onboard, our ports of call and some of the special shows that are planned. We encourage you to enjoy lunch in the Oceanview Café (Deck 10), study your Souvenir Program, meet some of your fellow passengers, enjoy some refreshments, complete your Muster Drill requirements and explore the ship. This is a wonderful time to review the ship's special offerings for the week. See below for where some key items may be reviewed and purchased:

• Wi-Fi Packages – Photo Gallery (Deck 4, Forward) or connect to the Ship's Wi-Fi and purchase directly on your device
• Spa Purchases - Spa (Deck 10, Forward)
• SCE Excursions (Wine Tours, Culinary Tours) – SCE Excursions Desk, Grand Foyer (Deck 3, Midship)
• Shore Excursions - Shore Excursions Desk (Deck 3, Midship)
• Drink Packages - Grand Foyer (Deck 3), Oceanview Café (Deck 10) or any open bar
• Specialty Dining Reservations - Grand Foyer (Deck 3) or Oceanview Café (Deck 10)

When will my stateroom be ready?
You will have immediate access to your stateroom upon embarkation. Your stateroom attendant may still be completing the finishing touches, but you will be able to access it immediately and drop off any hand luggage.

When will I receive my luggage?
Best efforts will be made to deliver your luggage as quickly as possible. The flow of luggage will depend on several factors, including customs, timing of other deliveries, etc.

May I purchase wine (or other alcohol) in port and bring it back onboard Celebrity Summit?
Yes. Any wine or alcohol purchased ashore will be collected at the gangway, securely stored by Celebrity Cruises' staff, and returned to your stateroom on the final evening of the cruise. This includes any wine purchases that you make during one of our excursions to the wineries and/or the Napa Valley Wine Train.

Performance Schedule Reveal

In just a few days, the Performance Schedule for Chris Botti at Sea III will be revealed. On that day, we will send you an email, but you may also access that schedule by going to the Booked Guest page where you will see an icon titled “Performance Schedule.” Please note that the Performance Schedule will be updated at various times, so we advise accessing the link whenever you wish, but know that the schedule is subject to change.

We are also excited to announce that the SCE Cruises App for smartphones will soon be available on the Apple App Store (for iPhones) and the Google Play Store (for Android phones) for you to download and use on Chris Botti at Sea III. Our App will allow you to view the Performance Schedule, easily see where your favorite musicians are performing during the week, and even search for a performance/event, all conveniently on your phone. Stay tuned for more details on how to download it and a tutorial for using it.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, not only to protect the investment of your Cruise payments, but to cover costs and expenses that may be incurred during the cruise, such as medical or travel emergencies. It is not too late to purchase travel insurance, though guests with pre-existing conditions must do so within 14 days after their deposit is paid.

The benefits of Travel Insurance go far beyond providing basic cancellation coverage. Other benefits can include:

• Your personal medical plan may not provide complete coverage outside the U.S. and its territories. The Travel Guard Preferred plan gives you $50,000 in accident sickness and medical coverage.
• Work-related reasons which are state-specific (please refer to the link below for your state).
• Medical emergency/death of an immediate family member or cabinmate.
• Travel Guard Preferred offers up to $500,000 in medical evacuation coverage if you need to be transported off the ship and to a U.S. hospital.
• Lost or stolen luggage protection, and personal effects coverage up to $1,000.

Earlier this week, Signature Cruise Experiences announced the details for Chris Botti at Sea IV ('27).

As a guest on Chris Botti at Sea III ('26), from now through Monday, September 21, you may rebook your current stateroom or you may request a different stateroom (if available). Starting on Tuesday, September 22, through the end of the '26 Cruise, you may reserve any available stateroom. Your SCE Sailing History Cruise Price will apply.

Yom Kippur - Jewish Day of Atonement

Beginning at sunset on Sunday, September 20, 2026, is Yom Kippur, the holiest day in Judaism. We are planning to present a 60-minute Kol Nidre service that night at 11:00 PM in The Retreat Lounge (Deck 4, Forward) for those guests wishing to observe the holiday.

It is time for Get Ready #8 from Signature Cruise Experiences, designed to prepare you for your sailing on Chris Botti at Sea III. 

Previous letters addressed the details of your reservation, how you access your Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner, your dining choices for the cruise, the entertainment structure, accessible cruising and more. If you missed any of the first seven letters, or wish to refer to them again, copies may be found on the Booked Guest portal.  

This note will discuss Celebrity Cruises’ Online Check-In and Luggage Tags as well as Cruise Hi-Lites! By acting now, you can avoid waiting in long lines in the Cruise Terminal and on the ship on Embarkation Day (September 18, 2026).

Celebrity Cruises’ Online Check-in for Chris Botti at Sea
is Open Through 9.15.26: Luggage Tags Available Now

Every guest must complete Celebrity Cruises’ Check-In process before boarding the ship. Though you may complete this process in the Cruise Terminal, we highly recommend using Celebrity Cruises’ Online Check-In Procedure before you leave home. Doing so reduces your time waiting in line on Embarkation Day and enables you to secure Celebrity Cruises personalized luggage tags. Downloading and printing these personalized luggage tags will assist with the identification process and will expedite the delivery of your luggage to your stateroom.  

Online Check-In is available through September 15, 2026, three days before the sailing. After that time, you may only check-in on the Celebrity Cruises App (up to one day prior), or at the Cruise Terminal on Embarkation Day. Guests who do not check-in online may incur a substantial delay at the Terminal. Further details on Embarkation Day and arrival to the Terminal will be addressed in future email communications.

Complete Your Online Check-In 

All guests must complete Celebrity Cruises’ check-in process before boarding. While check-in can be done at the Cruise Terminal, we strongly recommend completing it online before you leave home. This will: 

• Reduce your wait time on Embarkation Day 
• Provide you with personalized luggage tags for faster delivery of your bags to your stateroom 

Deadline: Celebrity Cruises' Online Check-In is available until September 15, 2026 (three days before sailing). After that date, check-in must be completed at the terminal or through their Mobile App (see below), which may result in significant delays.

How to Check-In Online 

1. CLICK HERE to log in with your Celebrity Cruises’ username and password. 
   1. Forgot your password? Click “Forgot password?” to reset. 
   2. New to Celebrity Cruises? Click “Create an account” and follow the prompts. 
2. Enter your Celebrity Cruises' Reservation Number (listed above). 
3. Select Chris Botti at Sea ‘26 from your upcoming cruises.
4. Click “Start Check-In” and follow the prompts, including selecting a Terminal Arrival Time (30-minute windows). You must arrive at your chosen time. 

Check-In with Celebrity Cruises' Mobile App

Celebrity Cruises also offers Check-In via their Mobile App. Download the Celebrity Cruises’ app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), then log in using your Celebrity Cruises’ username and password. 

Once you’ve logged into the app, you’ll see Chris Botti at Sea ‘26 listed under your upcoming cruises. Select Chris Botti at Sea ‘26 and then click on the "Check-In” icon at the bottom of your screen and follow the steps provided. 

Xpress Pass

Once you complete Online Check-In, you’ll receive your Xpress Pass. Print it and bring it to the terminal for the fastest boarding experience. 

Your Xpress Pass is also available digitally in your account on the Celebrity Cruises’ App. 

Luggage Tags

Starting today, Celebrity Cruises' luggage tags are available to print. Once you have completed Online Check-In, you may access and print your luggage tags by clicking on the "Luggage Tags" button in your account. To ensure your luggage is delivered to your stateroom both quickly and safely, be sure to print your personalized luggage tags. Attach them to your luggage at the terminal before handing bags to porters. 

For added protection, consider using reusable clear luggage tag holders. Please find links to a few options on Amazon.

Providing our guests with the information they need to prepare for their Signature Cruise Experiences’ sailing is a passion for us. Long ago, we decided that we would provide as much information as we could, and Get Ready #1-7 are chock full of important cruise information and tidbits for you to review. But the volume can be overwhelming.  

Enter Cruise Hi-Lites: a list of “Don’t Miss Events” and “Key Information”. This list is a combination of the most significant cruise items along with those events and information that pertain specifically to the sailing of Chris Botti at Sea III. Passport

Every guest should have a current passport that expires no earlier than 6 months after the disembarkation date of their cruise (September 25, 2026).

Reservation Numbers

Each guest has two Reservation Numbers: one from Signature Cruise Experiences and one from Celebrity Cruises. You can confirm those numbers by reviewing your reservation information (listed above).

• Your Signature Cruise Experiences’ Reservation Number is used when communicating with our office about the details of your reservation, payment plans, T-Shirt sizes and any other aspect of the cruise that SCE controls.
• Your Celebrity Cruises’ Reservation Number is used when you complete your Online Check-In (up to 3 days before sailing) and for purchases you wish to make before sailing through your Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner.

Celebrity Cruises’ Access Department can assist by providing information for wheelchair and scooter rental companies. Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner / Drink & Wi-Fi Packages / Specialty Dining / Spa Treatments

As we have shared with you in earlier notices, there is no central location onboard the ship to purchase Wi-Fi and Drink Packages, Specialty Dining, Spa Treatments, etc. Each location is different, ranging from Deck 3 to Deck 10, and each location requires standing in line. 

As you know, Celebrity Cruises' Pre-Cruise Planner is now open and you may purchase Specialty Dining, Drink Packages, Spa Treatments, Wi-Fi Packages, Photo Packages and more. To see all options available and to make purchases, visit www.celebritycruises.com/booked/, sign in or create an account, then choose "Plan My Cruise" to see all available options. In Get Ready #5 we discussed all available dining options onboard the Celebrity Summit and how to make reservations for your evening dining. Your Celebrity Cruises' Reservation Number (listed above) will be required to complete these purchases on the Pre-Cruise Planner. 
 
Purchasing goods and services and securing reservations and appointments before boarding the ship saves you time and money. Signature Cruise Experiences and Celebrity Cruises have worked together to offer special discounts on Drink and Wi-Fi Packages for those guests who complete their purchases BEFORE sailing. The deadline to complete these purchases prior to embarkation is September 15, 2026.

Theme Nights

Chris Botti at Sea III will feature a few Theme Nights while onboard to complement the musical offerings. Every night does not feature a Theme, but we invite you to participate when we do! Below please find the Theme Night descriptions.  
 

• Friday, September 18 – Welcome to Chris Botti at Sea III:  
  Kick off the cruise with a spectacular opening-night performance featuring Josh Groban.  
• Saturday, September 19 – Black & White Night: 
  By dressing this evening in either Black, White or both, the guests salute the universal nature of our music as well as being a fitting tribute to the piano – a fitting backdrop for an unforgettable evening with Chris Botti and his world-class band.  
• Wednesday, September 23 – Formal / Chic Night:  
  Every cruise should have one night when guests “dress up” a notch, enjoy a special meal and party to the wee hours. Wednesday is that day on Chris Botti at Sea III. You may consider “evening out” or cocktail attire. Pour the champagne! Order the lobster! This is your night to shine with the stars.
• Thursday, September 24 – Thank You Night!:
  As we head for Vancouver having spent a full week immersed in music and fun, we take time to salute the international reach of music and the shared camaraderie that it provides.

In-Concert Events

Chris Botti at Sea III presents over 100 hours of music and music-related events. An event that is entirely a music performance is designated as “In Concert” in the daily program. 

More Than Music Events

Chris Botti at Sea does not stop with the “In Concert” events. There are non-music performance events that are called “Learn” and “Enjoy.” “Learn” events are usually interviews featuring our artists talking with each other, our Talent Director Gene Dobbs Bradford, or a masterclass of some type. “Enjoy” events are simply opportunities to have fun and enjoy being at sea with friends.  

Some “Learn” Events: 

• Talks with Michael Bauer:
  Former San Francisco Chronicle Food Critic will host a few sessions exploring the Bay Area food scene, our collaboration with him to create Specialty Restaurant A Taste of San Francisco @ Qsine and our culinary excursions during our time in San Francisco.  
• Spotlight Interviews:
  With our stars onboard the ship, we can present in-depth and intimate interviews which our guests may enjoy and participate in. Interviewees for Chris Botti at Sea III include Boz Scaggs, Melody Gardot, Candy Dulfer, Caroline Campbell and more. 

Some “Enjoy” Events: 

• Party by the Pool:
  The Chris Botti at Sea III Pool Deck Party will be on Day 2 of the cruise at 2:30 PM. Just show up wearing your Chris Botti at Sea gear provided to you onboard and enjoy your choice of complimentary beverages while Saxophonist Eric Marienthal provides the music. 
• Pickleball:
  For those who don’t want to miss their weekly or daily pickleball game, we are converting the basketball court (Deck 12) each day to a pickleball court. Paddles and balls will be provided. 
• Blackjack Tournament:
  Join John Splithoff, Herlin Riley and Wycliffe Gordon in the Casino during our Days at Sea for a Blackjack Tournament.  
• Mario’s Dancing & Cocktails:
  Everyone wants to learn how to dance, but who has the time to take lessons? Enter Mario Vines and his crew who will be imparting dance moves and techniques every night in the Rendezvous Lounge during the time between the 1st and 2nd Main Shows.
• Club Rendezvous:
  The Rendezvous Lounge (Deck 4, Midship) has become the go-to location for Signature Cruise Experiences fun starting each night around 11:30 PM. Music shows, karaoke, silent disco and so much more will be enjoyed there each night. DJ Rio is your host.

The extraordinary itinerary for Chris Botti at Sea III includes extended stays in vibrant ports of call, giving Signature Cruise Experiences the opportunity to curate exceptional land-based excursions – delivered with the same care, quality, and attention to detail as our renowned onboard events.

Celebrity Cruises’ Online Check-In Now Open! 

Complete Your Online Check-In 

All guests must complete Celebrity Cruises’ check-in process before boarding. While check-in can be done at the Cruise Terminal, we strongly recommend completing it online before you leave home. This will: 
 

• Reduce your wait time on Embarkation Day 
• Provide you with personalized luggage tags for faster delivery of your bags to your stateroom 

Deadline: Celebrity Cruises' Online Check-In is available until September 15, 2026 (three days before sailing). After that date, check-in must be completed at the terminal or through their Mobile App (see below), which may result in significant delays.

How to Check-In Online 

1. CLICK HERE to log in with your Celebrity Cruises’ username and password. 
   1. Forgot your password? Click “Forgot password?” to reset. 
   2. New to Celebrity Cruises? Click “Create an account” and follow the prompts. 
       
2. Enter your Celebrity Cruises' Reservation Number (listed above).
    
3. Select Chris Botti at Sea ‘26 from your upcoming cruises.
4. Click “Start Check-In” and follow the prompts, including selecting a Terminal Arrival Time (30-minute windows). You must arrive at your chosen time. 

Check-In with Celebrity's Mobile App 

Celebrity Cruises also offers Check-In via their Mobile App. Download the Celebrity Cruises’ app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), then log in using your Celebrity Cruises’ username and password. 

Once you’ve logged into the app, you’ll see Chris Botti at Sea ‘26 listed under your upcoming cruises. Select Chris Botti at Sea ‘26 and then click on the "Check-In” icon at the bottom of your screen and follow the steps provided. 

Xpress Pass 

Once you complete Online Check-In, you’ll receive your Xpress Pass. Print it and bring it to the terminal for the fastest boarding experience. 

Your Xpress Pass is also available digitally in your account on the Celebrity Cruises’ App. 

Luggage Tags 

Luggage tags will be available 30 days before sailing, starting August 19, 2026. Once they are released, we'll send a reminder email so you can log in to your Celebrity Cruises' account and print them. Attach them to your luggage at the terminal before handing bags to porters. For added protection, consider using reusable clear luggage tag holders.

Yom Kippur – Jewish Day of Atonement

Beginning at sunset on Sunday, September 20, 2026, is Yom Kippur, the holiest day in Judaism. We are planning to present a 60-minute Kol Nidre service that night at 11 PM for those guests wishing to observe the holiday.

Show Seating Procedures

Since its first sailing in 2001, Signature Cruise Experiences, producer of Chris Botti at Sea III, has proudly presented the very best jazz musicians in the world and provided guests with around-the-clock music at sea. Below are the rules that help govern seating in a safe and fair manner onboard.

General Rules and Procedures for Show Seating 

1. Seat selection is on a first come/first served basis. 
2. Guests may “hold” one additional seat for another guest, such hold to expire when the show starts. 
3. Guests may enter and depart a venue as they please and move to another venue or activity. Doing so is called “grazing.” 
4. Upon the conclusion of a performance, guests are urged to depart from the venue allowing ship staff to clean up and production staff to prepare for the next show. 
5. If you wish to remain in that venue for the next performance, you may do so, but you must remain in your seat during the break. 
6. Here, again, you may “hold” one additional seat until the ensuing show begins.
7. Guests may not “mark” their seats with props or objects seeking to reserve their seats in absentia.

Rules for Nightly Main Shows in The Theatre

On each night of Chris Botti at Sea III there will be two Main Shows presented in The Theatre. That venue comfortably holds 50% of our guests, so guests are divided into two groups for attending the Main Shows. Guests with BLUE Cruise Identification Cards (BLUE Guests) will attend the 1st Main Show, which usually starts around 5:30 PM each night. Guests with RED Cruise Identification Cards (RED Guests) will attend the 2nd Main Show, which usually starts around 8:30 PM each night. 

Your designation is noted in Your Reservation Information above and will be reflected in the background color of your Cruise Identification Card. The election of being a BLUE Guest or a RED Guest was made by each Guest upon completing their reservation and is reflected in either a BLUE or RED background on their Cruise Identification Card.

The Main Show Schedule is meant to be coordinated with the evening dining schedule. BLUE Guests usually dine after their Main Show around 7:15-7:45 PM. RED Guests typically dine before their Main Show around 5:00-5:30 PM.
 
Every Main Show is performed twice, once for BLUE Guests and once for RED Guests. Each Guest will be able to see all Main Shows. 

Here are the rules that govern seating for a Main Show:

1. Guests may queue up for a show in advance of “doors," which open at least 45 minutes before the show begins.
2. Once doors are open, Guests may proceed into The Theatre in an orderly manner without jumping the line or entering the existing line in any way. 
3. To enter The Theatre, every guest must show that the background color of their Cruise Identification Card matches the show designation. 
4. Once inside, a Guest may select any seat that is (a) available and (b) not otherwise designated as Reserved. (Note: Some guests have qualified for a Reserved Seat for the Main Show.) 
5. A Guest may reserve one seat immediately adjacent to his/her seat, such hold will expire when the show starts.
6. Once the show begins, defined as the emcee beginning to speak, any guest may select any available seat regardless of it being reserved or held by a seated guest.

Clear Luggage Tags

On August 19, 2026 (30 days prior to Embarkation Day for Chris Botti at Sea III), you will have the ability to access and print your Celebrity Cruises’ luggage tags within the Online Check-In process. This is an important step to take as it ensures the timely and safe delivery of your luggage to your stateroom. While printing the provided tags is simple, over the years we have found that they are not very durable. As such, we recommend not attaching them to your luggage until you’ve arrived in the Los Angeles area.

Alternatively, you may wish to purchase reusable clear luggage tag holders that provide an extra layer of protection and easily fit the luggage tags Celebrity Cruises provides. The extra few dollars are worth the peace of mind knowing your luggage tags will stay attached!

To make a reservation for a Specialty Restaurant, confirm a Spa appointment and sign up for Internet requires a visit to three different decks and waiting in line at each location. Doing these undertakings at the convenience of your home or office is strongly advised.

Branford Marsalis Quartet - Belonging Tour at SFJAZZ
San Francisco Day 2 - Monday, September 21, 2026

Saxophonist Branford Marsalis is one of the most influential and revered figures in contemporary music. The NEA Jazz Master, Grammy Award winner, and Tony and EMMY Award nominee is equally at home performing concertos with symphony orchestras and sitting in with members of the Grateful Dead, but the core of his musical universe remains the Branford Marsalis Quartet. After more than three decades of existence with minimal personnel changes, this celebrated ensemble is revered for its uncompromising interpretation of a kaleidoscopic range of both original compositions and jazz and popular classics.

On this special afternoon at the renowned SFJAZZ Center, the Quartet will perform music from its acclaimed album Belonging, its interpretation of Keith Jarrett's 1974 masterpiece. Dining Schedule on Chris Botti at Sea III

Celebrity Cruises is renowned for its dining and Chris Botti at Sea '26 offers a wide range of dining experiences, divided into Included Dining and Specialty Dining options. The diversity of choices encourages you to explore new flavors and try a variety of dishes. And, if you’re not happy with your meal, simply make a different selection! After all, the cruise experience is about enjoyment.

Breakfast choices range from omelets and Eggs Benedict to pancakes, waffles and more. Lunch features healthy options, pasta, hamburgers and soups. Dinner offers a rotating menu with fish, meat, chicken and vegetarian options, along with appetizers, salads, soups and decadent desserts.
• Ocean View Café. This casual, self-serve dining spot off the pool deck serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner and late-night bites. You’ll find pizza, pasta, sandwiches and sweets here, with seating both inside and outside at the Sunset Bar – perfect for sipping a drink at sunset. Don’t tell anyone, but having a drink during sunset at The Sunset Bar is one of the most memorable aspects of any cruise!
• Pool Grill. For a laid-back vibe, enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs, fries and other casual bites at the Pool Grill. Open later some evenings for special events, the Pool Grill is a great spot for grabbing a bite in-between some smooth jazz.
• Spa Café and Juice Bar. Located in the Solarium, this health-focused café offers healthy and organic food for breakfast and lunch. Beautifully presented dishes with clear nutritional information make it the perfect choice for health-conscious cruisers.

Inspired by some of San Francisco’s most celebrated restaurants and signature dishes, the menu features fresh coastal seafood, classic California cuisine, Asian influences, and timeless comfort favorites – all complemented by indulgent desserts and the city’s legendary Irish coffee tradition.
• Luminae. For an intimate and elegant experience, Luminae offers a gourmet menu with changing daily selections. We highly recommend that you enjoy at least one dinner in Luminae. 
• Signature Steakhouse at Blu. Located in Blu Restaurant, Signature Steakhouse (formerly known as SCE Chops House) brings classic steakhouse dishes to life, including steak, lobster and more. It is available each evening, with a special discount for first-night reservations (September 18, 2026) when booked early through Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner.

Evening Dining at The Cosmopolitan Restaurant

The Cosmopolitan Restaurant (Decks 4 & 5) is the Main Dining Room for Included Dining. The Cosmopolitan Restaurant is open each evening from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM and operates as both an Open Seating venue and by reservation. Most guests will enjoy dinner in The Cosmopolitan Restaurant several times during the week. With this level of attendance, we have special dining procedures just for The Cosmopolitan Restaurant.

Open Seating

Guests in Open Seating of The Cosmopolitan Restaurant (Deck 4) will proceed to the dining room in accordance with their BLUE or RED show designation. This selection was made at the time of your reservation and will be reflected in the background color of your Cruise Identification Card which will be at the door of your stateroom upon boarding the ship. 

Guests with BLUE Cruise Identification Cards will attend the 1st Main Show which usually starts between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM until around 7:15 PM. Following the conclusion of their show, Guests with BLUE Cruise Identification Cards may either proceed to The Cosmopolitan Restaurant for a 7:15 PM entry or pause to have a drink or enjoy one of the shows around the ship, thus avoiding peak traffic time entering the restaurant. Entry to The Cosmopolitan Restaurant is open until 8:00 PM. 

Guests with RED Cruise Identification Cards will attend the 2nd Main Show each night. Guests with RED Cruise Identification Cards may enter the dining room between 5:00 PM–5:30 PM. To prepare the restaurant for guests attending the 1st Main Show, we ask that guests adjourn from the restaurant no later than 7:00 PM. The 2nd Main Show will usually start between 8:30 PM and 8:45 PM. 

Reservations at the Cosmopolitan Restaurant 

Dinner reservations are NOT required for dining at The Cosmopolitan Restaurant, but it is the best way to avoid waiting to be assigned a table each night. We also recognize that some of our guests prefer to dine at the same time and table, and with the same passengers and waiters each evening. Reserving a table in advance allows you to do this. 

To secure a reservation and to register the names of your dining group, if applicable, email us at reservations@scecruises.com and provide the guest names and desired time (5:00 PM for RED Cruise Identification Card Holders or 7:30 PM for BLUE Cruise Identification Card Holders) for your dining group. 

There is no charge for reserving a table and dining time, we just ask that you make your request prior August 4th, 2026.

Room Service

Room Service is available 24/7. Breakfast order cards are provided in your stateroom – simply complete and hang them outside your door by 11:00 PM for morning delivery. A full Room Service menu is available, including most main dining room entrées. The cost is $9.95 per order (excluding guests in Suites). 

While many guests enjoy breakfast via Room Service, we believe meals are best experienced in the onboard dining venues. Due to the distance from the kitchen and volume of deliveries, food may arrive less hot or fresh than intended. 

Dietary Considerations

Celebrity Cruises is committed to accommodating dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, gluten-free and more. Evening Dining in San Francisco

During our time in San Francisco (September 20 & 21), you can experience a variety of culinary adventures! In collaboration with former San Francisco Chronicle restaurant critic Michael Bauer, we here at Signature Cruise Experiences have curated incredible culinary adventures to give you a taste of the flavors of the Bay Area.  

We are offering two unique dinner experiences on September 20: A16 Food and Wine Dinner and Dinner at 7 Adams. Both dinners include roundtrip transportation to/from the ship. Plus, no need to worry about missing the Main Show for that evening. If your selected Main Show Seating conflicts with the dinner, we will arrange for your entry into the earlier show that evening to ensure you do not miss any of the incredible music onboard. A16 Food and Wine Dinner

Shelley Lindgren has captured the soul of Italy at A16, named for the Italian highway that runs from Naples to Puglia. She is so famous for her knowledge of Southern Italian wines that she was knighted by the Italian government. The menu and wine selections will be finalized closer to the event, but we will twist her arm to include at least one of her own Tansy wines and a slice of their authentic Neapolitan pizza.

While Shelley knows more about wine than just about anyone else, she’s never pretentious or too serious, and she knows how to throw a party. This dinner will take place in A16’s beautiful new restaurant, Lucania, which is scheduled to open in August, and is located in the famous San Francisco Ferry Building, just a short distance from the ship.

Dinner at 7 Adams

Before they were open for a year, 7 Adams earned a Michelin star for its innovative 5 and 7 course tasting menus. Chefs Serena and David Fisher will create a bespoke tasting menu for us that will closely follow the season, perfectly paired with wines, served in their newly enclosed terrace.

The Fishers are known for their warm fluffy milk bread served with cultured butter, handmade pastas and beautifully crafted main courses such as halibut wrapped in squash blossoms and served with scallop mousseline, celtuce and tomato juice. Desserts are also a highlight, and Serena has even created her own ice cream line, Jack & Remi, named after the couple’s dogs.

If you didn't hear the big announcement earlier this week, you're in for a big treat – Josh Groban will be joining us aboard Chris Botti at Sea III!

Instantly recognizable after just a few notes, Josh Groban is one of the most popular and talented vocalists of his generation. His extraordinary range spans opera, Broadway, pop and more. So does his career: Tony® winner, Emmy® winner, multiple GRAMMY® nominee and one of music's most respected singer-songwriter-actor-philanthropists. He is truly a Renaissance man.

Showtime Information

We’re excited to share how music and entertainment will be presented aboard Chris Botti at Sea III. You’ll enjoy performances in two different formats: Main Shows and Festival-Style Shows. 

Main Shows in The Theatre

• Two Main Shows Each Night: Each night there will be two Main Shows presented in The Theatre. That venue comfortably holds 50% of our guests, so guests are divided into two groups for attending the Main Shows. Guests with BLUE Cruise Identification Cards (BLUE Guests) will attend the 1st Main Show, which usually starts around 5:30 PM each night. Guests with RED Cruise Identification Cards (RED Guests) will attend the 2nd Main Show, which usually starts around 8:30 PM each night.
• BLUEor RED: The election of being a BLUE Guest or a RED Guest was made by each Guest upon completing their reservation and is reflected in either a BLUE or RED background on their Cruise Identification Card.
   
• Dinner: The Main Show Schedule is meant to be coordinated with the evening dining schedule. BLUE Guests usually dine after their Main Show around 7:15-7:45 PM. RED Guests typically dine before their Main Show around 5:00-5:30 PM. 
• Main Show: Every Main Show is performed twice, once for BLUE Guests and once for RED Each Guest will be able to see all Main Shows.
• Seating Procedure for Main Shows: The general rule is that seating is first-come, first-served. To provide fair, safe, and equal access to the events, we do have rules and procedures that all Guests must follow regarding entering The Theatre, saving seats, remaining in your seat for subsequent shows and other similar issues. As we approach the sailing date for Chris Botti at Sea III, we will share with you those rules and procedures.
  • Please Note: Guests who qualify for Reserved Seating will receive separate correspondence with more information in the coming weeks.

Festival-Style Shows & Events

• Multiple Venues: Chris Botti at Sea features music, interviews, parties and other events in several locations across the ship, including the Sky Lounge, Rendezvous Lounge, Pool Deck and Grand Foyer. Each evening (and on afternoons during the Days at Sea) the Cosmopolitan Restaurant is transformed into a cabaret-style club and event center. 
• Festival Style: Except for Main Shows, all concerts, interviews and other events including those in The Theatre – are presented “festival style,” meaning multiple programs may occur at the same time. Guests may attend as many or as few as they wish.

Seating Procedure for all Non-Main Shows: The BLUE Guest and RED Guest Show Seating designations apply only to Main Shows. All other events are open to everyone, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific seating guidelines will be shared closer to sailing. 

First-Class Sound & Production

Since our first sailing in 2001, Signature Cruise Experiences has invested in top-tier equipment and an expect technical team, led by Production Manager Brian Rachko, to ensure every performance sounds its very best.

Recording of Shows

Flash photography and audio/video recording are strictly prohibited. Non-flash photos are permitted only if they do not obstruct views for other guests or disrupt the performance.

Engaging the Performers

A highlight of Chris Botti at Sea is the chance to meet and interact with our performers. They welcome conversation – just not immediately before or after a show, when they and our team need full access to the bandstand and venue to prepare for the next performance.

Theme Nights

Chris Botti at Sea III features a few Theme Nights while onboard to complement the musical offerings. Every night does not feature a Theme, but we invite you to participate when we do! Below please find the Theme Night descriptions. 
 

• Friday, September 18 – Welcome to Chris Botti at Sea:
  Kick off the cruise with a spectacular opening-night performance featuring the incredible Josh Groban. 
• Saturday, September 19 – Black & White Night:
  By dressing this evening in either Black, White or both, the guests salute the universal nature of our music as well as being a fitting tribute to the piano – a fitting backdrop for an unforgettable evening with Chris Botti and his world-class band.
• Wednesday, September 23 – Formal / Chic Night:
  Every cruise should have one night when guests “dress up” a notch, enjoy a special meal and party to the wee hours. Saturday is that day on Chris Botti at Sea III. You may consider “evening out” or cocktail attire. Pour the champagne! Order the lobster! This is your night to shine with the stars.
• Thursday, September 24 – Thank You Night!:
  As we head for Vancouver having spent a full week immersed in music and fun, we take time to salute the international reach of music and the shared camaraderie that it provides.

Autographs/Recording Signings

Performers are encouraged to bring recordings onto the cruise for sale in the Signature Cruise Experiences’ merch store. Those who do so are usually happy to sign the products either informally or at a scheduled signing event. Seeking autographs at a performance venue either immediately before or after a show is discouraged. As we get closer to the cruise sailing dates, we will provide more information about autographs and signings.

Talent-Hosted Events Onboard

Many of the performers will be participating in scheduled Talent-Hosted Events (THEs) during the cruise, such as Wine Tastings, Pizza-Making and Behind-the-Scenes Tours. These events typically require paid admission, but they are a wonderful way to have a more intimate exchange with the performers. Specific information about THEs, including times, costs, registering procedures and participating musicians will be provided shortly.

Interviews

For many guests, attending the interview of a special performer is one of the highlights of the cruise. To learn more about the individuals performing our music and to understand some of the nuances on their roads to successful careers is a rare treat. On Botti at Sea III, these interviews are conducted by either a fellow performer as the host, or by Signature Cruise Experiences’ Talent Director, Gene Dobbs Bradford. We have found that the rapport between and among performers and Gene is special and so, too, are their interviews when it is just them having a conversation.

Game Shows

We can’t promise Let’s Make a Deal or The 10,000 Pyramid, but we can promise laughs, friendly banter and maybe a bit of performance anxiety for our artists who will find themselves in a different position on a main stage. CRUISE FAQS

Cruise Attire

To help simplify your packing list, our nightly dress code is Casual Evening Attire for most nights onboard the ship. We recommend slacks, collared shirts, khakis, skirts, dresses, etc., but always with a focus on your comfort. We will have a “Formal” evening during our cruise that has a dress code of Elegant Evening Chic Attire. This attire lends itself more to suits and cocktail dresses, etc. Daytime and Buffet Dining are Casual Attire.

Tipping Onboard

Gratuities are included in the Pass-Through Charges pricing for your cruise. Your stateroom steward and dining room staff receive gratuities included in the per person price that you paid for your cruise. If you feel you have received superior, above-and-beyond service, we recommend that you leave an additional gratuity.

Smoking Areas

Smoking is allowed in Designated Smoking Areas ONLY. Smoking in any area beyond the Designated Smoking Areas, including in staterooms and on balconies, is strictly prohibited. Smoking Areas are subject to change, but are typically located on Deck 11 Portside, Deck 10 Portside on the Pool Deck and on Deck 4 Midship, a covered outdoor area.

The Botti at Sea onboard accessibility program is designed to allow safe and convenient access (for a guest and one companion) to The Theatre for each evening’s Main Show. Designated SAFE areas will be clearly marked and are reserved for those who require assistance and submit the requested information. By utilizing the SAFE program, you are given an easily accessible seat, typically located near the rear of The Theatre on Deck 5. The SAFE program is only for Main Shows (RED/BLUE Shows) in The Theatre and does not guarantee a seat in other shows, including Late Night and matinee shows in The Theatre. Click here to complete the SAFE form no later than August 19, 2026 (30 days prior to sailing).   

Please note: Utilizing SAFE in order to avoid wait time is strictly prohibited. Guests who attempt to misuse this service will be revoked from the program for the duration of the cruise and possible future sailings.  

Dietary Considerations & Medical Needs

If you have special dietary considerations or medical needs (such as storing medicine or needing distilled water) you will need to discuss these needs with the Celebrity Cruises Access Department at 1.866.592.7225 or special_needs@rccl.com. Please submit your requests no later than July 20th, 2026. 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, not only to protect the investment of your Cruise payments, but to cover costs and expenses that may be incurred during the cruise, such as medical or travel emergencies. It is not too late to purchase travel insurance, though guests with pre-existing conditions must do so within 14 days after their deposit is paid.  

The benefits of Travel Insurance go far beyond providing basic cancellation coverage. Other benefits can include:  
 

• Your personal medical plan may not provide complete coverage outside the U.S. and its territories. The Travel Guest Preferred plan gives you $50,000 in accident, sickness, and medical coverage. 
• Work related reasons which are state specific (please refer to the link below for your state). 
• Medical emergency/death of an immediate family member or cabinmate.  
• Travel Guard Preferred offers up to $500,000 in medical evacuation coverage if you need to be transported off the ship and to a U.S. hospital.
• Lost or stolen luggage protection, and personal effects coverage up to $1,000.

This excursion aboard a 1915 Pullman car combines a sumptuous three-course gourmet lunch, a three-hour unique train ride through the Napa Valley countryside and the opportunity to spend time with some of your favorite artists.

Reminders FROM Get Ready #1 – 2

The items below have been presented and discussed in detail in prior Get Ready letters. We are repeating them as some are time sensitive and most are important steps for you to take before sailing. • Passport: Every guest should have a current passport that expires no earlier than 6 months after the disembarkation date of their cruise (September 25, 2026). 

Reservation Numbers: Each guest has two reservation numbers, one from Signature Cruise Experiences and one from Celebrity Cruises. You can confirm those numbers by reviewing your cruise information listed above. Your Signature Cruise Experiences’ Reservation Number is used when communicating with our office about the details of your reservation, payment plans, and any other aspect of the cruises that SCE controls. Your Celebrity Cruises’ Reservation Number is used when you complete your online check-in (available 45 days before sailing) and for purchases you wish to make before sailing through your Celebrity Cruises Pre-Cruise Planner.

As many of you know, we transform Celebrity Summit’s restaurants, Blu and Qsine, into unique dining experiences created exclusively for our guests. For our West Coast sailings, we are thrilled to bring back the Signature Steakhouse at Blu (formerly known as Chops House) and introduce a new restaurant concept created especially for this itinerary. In collaboration with renowned San Francisco Chronicle food critic, Michael Bauer, we are proud to present A Taste of San Francisco @ Qsine – a culinary experience featuring dishes inspired by the iconic food scene of the Bay Area. 

We are pleased to share that we have worked with Celebrity Cruises to offer a special First Night Dining Discount at select restaurants on Night 1. Showtime Information

We’re excited to share an overview of how music and entertainment will be presented aboard Chris Botti at Sea III. Throughout the sailing, performances will be presented in two different formats: Main Shows and Festival-Style Shows. We will provide more detailed information about the onboard music schedule and entertainment experience in upcoming Get Ready emails, but we wanted to first share the general structure of Dinner and Main Show seating so you can make your reservations with confidence.  

Main Shows in The Theatre 

• Two Main Shows Each Night. Each night there will be two Main Shows presented in The Theatre. That venue comfortably holds 50% of our guests, so Guests are divided into two groups for attending the Main Shows. Guests with BLUE Cruise Identification Cards (BLUE Guests) will attend the 1st Main Show, which usually starts around 5:30/6:00 PM each night. Guests with RED Cruise Identification Cards (RED Guests) will attend the 2nd Main Show, which usually starts around 8:30/8:45 PM each night. 
• BLUE or RED. The election of being a RED Guest or a BLUE Guest was made by the Guest upon completing their reservation and is reflected in either a BLUE or RED background on their Cruise Identification Card. For your convenience, your Main Show selection is noted at the top of this email.
• The Main Show Schedule is meant to be coordinated with the evening dining schedule. BLUE Guests usually dine after their Main Show (starting around 7:15 PM) and RED Guests typically dine before their Main Show (starting at around 5:00/5:30 PM).

Main Show. Every Main Show is performed twice, once for BLUE Guests and once for RED. Each Guest will be able to see all seven Main Shows.

Passports or Government-Issued ID 

Guests are REQUIRED to have a valid passport which (a) expires no sooner than six months beyond the last day of the cruise and (b) contains two blank passport pages. Please confirm that the first and last names on your passport or government-issued ID match the first and last names on your cruise reservation to ensure that you will be permitted to board the ship. It is your responsibility to identify and obtain all required travel documents and have them available when necessary. Please note that a birth certificate and government-issued ID are not accepted forms of identification for this cruise. 

Review Your Apparel Size 

Your gift of Chris Botti at Sea gear will be available on the ship. Please take a moment to review the size(s) currently listed on your reservation (above). 

This year’s gift is a unisex-fit pullover jacket, which may fit differently than the shirt sizes previously provided.

Planning Your Trip

If you have not already planned your arrival into the Los Angeles area, now is the time to start preparing. We highly recommend that guests arrive the day BEFORE embarkation in order to alleviate stress from any potential travel delays or issues. 

To further assist you with planning, Signature Cruise Experiences has compiled a list of potential hotels at various locations and price points in the Los Angeles area, along with a direct link to each reservation procedure for your review. Going to the reservation link is the only way to determine both price and availability for each hotel. Please contact the hotel regarding airport / cruise port shuttle service. 

EXPLORE PRE-CRUISE HOTEL OPTIONS

Friday, September 18, 2026 is Embarkation Day. Historically, boarding begins at 11:30 AM and all aboard time is 4:00 PM. During the Online Check-In process (starting at 45 days prior to Embarkation Day), you will be asked by Celebrity Cruises to select a Terminal Arrival Time, available in half-hour increments. For the most efficient embarkation, guests are required to arrive at the terminal (Los Angeles World Cruise Center) during their selected window. 
 
The ship will dock at the Port of Vancouver/Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal by 7:00 AM on Friday, September 25, 2026. Due to the time it takes to clear Customs and Immigration at the cruise terminal, it is difficult to estimate what time you will be able to depart for the airport. 
 
However, if you are willing to carry your own luggage off the ship, you may be able to leave the port as early as 7:30 AM, if disembarkation proceeds without issue. To be safe, we do not recommend any flight scheduled prior to 12:00 PM from the Vancouver area airports.

Coming Soon – Celebrity Cruises' Pre-Cruise Planner 

It is popular among Chris Botti at Sea III guests to purchase Internet Plans, Beverage Packages, Specialty Dining, Spa Treatments, Photo Packages and other amenities before boarding the ship. There is no central location on the ship for completing these purchases so doing so requires standing in several lines. 
 
Most guests complete their purchases by using Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner, an online platform that allows you to complete purchases from home, usually at prices lower than what is offered on the ship. In the coming weeks, we will provide you with your Celebrity Cruises Reservation Number for the cruise, which is all you need to initiate your Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner and begin to make these purchases.

With nearly two full days in San Francisco and a full day in Victoria, BC we have created shows, trips, and excursions just for you and are offering them at cost as our gift for sailing on this new program. Whether you’re looking for culture, cuisine, and natural beauty, or the chance to explore each city’s most iconic sights, these excursions were designed to elevate your time ashore and perfectly complement the music and energy awaiting you each night onboard.  
 
As a booked guest on Chris Botti at Sea, these excursions are available exclusively for you! If you have not already planned your time while we are in port in San Francisco and Victoria, we invite you to peruse the options and sign up online (or call the office if you have specific questions). Many of the excursions have limited capacity and few are already Fully Reserved, so acting now is advised.
